Hart Industries is Hiring a Machine Programmer (FT) Near Sterling Heights, MI
- 50% programming/50% operating
- Independent program writing using Master Cam and/or Fusion 360
- Working knowledge of GD&T
- Set up and operation of Fadal and Haas milling machines to make parts per customer requirements
- Provide written work instructions with a set up sheet for each job
- Use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring devices to check the program and quality of work
- Maintain quality and safety of work environment
- Experience with Master Cam and/or Fusion 360
- Experience programming Fadal and Hass Machines
- Familiar with 5th axis machining
- Ability to conduct a Quality Inspection
- Ability to learn on the job and independently research best practices for tooling and work holding
- Eager to continue education and learn new software and/or machining centers and accessories
- Work in a fast-paced environment with fast-changing priorities
- Ability to lift heavy material and stand for long periods of time
